Submission of Abstracts
The official deadline for the submission of abstracts was 30/04/2014. However, the organizing committee has decided to continue considering abstracts for the conference until May 15, 2014.
We use the EasyChair Conference System to collect abstract submissions for IMSE 2014. The following link takes you to EasyChair:

Registration
Online registration for the conference is now closed. Last minute registration will be possible at the conference on Monday, 21 July, from 8am-12am
Conference Fees
Participants in the conference will be charged the following fees:
Early registration (before May 31, 2014): EUR 250.00
Late registration (after June 1, 2014): EUR 350.00
The registration fee covers participation in the conference and the excursion
and includes the conference dinner.
Lunch option: EUR 40.00
We offer optional lunch in the refectory of KIT. Alternatively, you can have lunch at one
of the many restaurants in Karlsruhe city centre which is also just a 5-10 min walk from
the conference site.
For accompanying persons who are not conference participants, the following may be booked:
Lunch: EUR 40.00
Excursion (Wednesday afternoon): EUR 35.00
Conference Dinner: EUR 50.00
Please note that we have to charge a cancellation fee of EUR 50.00 for all cancellations after June 22, 2014.
Support
We have some funds available for supporting researchers who would otherwise not be able to attend the conference, especially young researchers or PhD students. Please contact the organizing committee if you require a travel grant.
